I believe that all of us were put on this earth for a reason. It is the business of our lives to connect with our true self and our life’s purpose. Much of my life was spent in this search, down many paths. At the end of my searching, I discovered that part of the work of my true self is to help others connect with their true selves. In the past, I was disappointed in myself for studying so many self-improvement modalities, instead of focusing on one major path. I recently realized that these supposed detours along my path have given me more tools with which to assist clients.
I received a Master’s Degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. My years in the mainstream workplace took me from doing community rural social work in Southern Illinois to federal grant administration in the metro Chicago and Washington, D.C. areas. It gave me exposure to people from all walks of life and many different cultures. Although I wasn’t doing my true self’s work full-time then, the jobs that I had gave me the opportunity to study energy healing and other personal growth modalities. Now, I have nestled myself in the mountains of Western North Carolina to do the work of my true self in service to others.
I became interested in Neimology Science in 2011 after hearing its founder, Sharón Lynn Wyeth, on an internet radio show. I was dubious that one could read a personality by the letters in a person’s name. Surprisingly, Sharón interpreted callers’ names with amazing accuracy. I read her first book and was amazed at how accurate the system described my personality based on the letters in my name. I studied from Sharón and earned my Basic and Advanced Practitioner certificates in Neimology® Science. I have practiced Neimology in a variety of settings, from private readings for individuals, to giving mini name readings at holistic health fairs, to providing readings to halfway house counselors about their clients to work more effectively with them.
